Setting up a homepage

Objectives : The objective is to figure out how to post a web page on the Internet.
Equipment List School PC lab computer with Internet Explorer, WinSCP file transfer software, Scintill text editor.
Notes and Observations: I developed a webpage using the Scintilla text editor. Trying to get it to post on the school server was easy, untill my rights to my file were denied. I couldn’t figure out why it was giving me an error message. The folder was there and showed that i had a right to write. I then took option Project three and posted it on wordpress.com in a new weblog. I created a new account and posted each page with the proper title to match the file name. A major observation i made was how easy this was with a little instruction. I am excited to learn how to do this.
